Spa Policies
UPDATED 8/15/2022
Cancellation
- Everyone loses when you miss an appointment. Your therapist loses income, another client who wanted your appointment time loses, and you lose the benefits of treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior. As a courtesy I will text, email, or call you to confirm appointments, but this may be less than 24 hours before your appointment, so don’t wait for the confirmation to cancel or reschedule.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay a “cancellation fee” of $60 per hour canceled. This fee will be collected before your next appointment.
- If you “no-show” for an appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of the service that was reserved for you. This fee will be collected before your next appointment.
- Exceptions will be made for illness and emergencies. If you tend to have illness and emergencies more often than most, we will need to remove you from extended scheduling and schedule only one appointment at a time.
- If you show up for your appointment ill, you will be asked to leave and will be responsible for the cancellation fee defined above. Do not show up ill.
Payment
- We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and credit cards.
- Checks should be made payable to “Spa 301.” If your bank returns a check for insufficient funds, you will be responsible for the amount of the check plus any service fees charged by the bank.
Services
- Massage or facial is never appropriate care if you have any infectious or contagious illness such as cold, flu, virus, etc. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
- Each station and every item used in service will be sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants before and after each client.
- Appointment times cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time.
- Our Massage Therapist is licensed by the State of Florida, and has met all of the stringent requirements as stated by the Department of Health. All treatments are therapeutic, professional, and follow the professional code of ethics. At no time should they be confused with services of a sensual or sexual nature. Your therapist will discontinue treatment at any point if they feel your intention is inappropriate.
I appreciate your cooperation.
